Kimber started her quest for Leadership and Accountability knowledge
and application as a young women in Girl Scouting. From there it has been a journey with Stephen Covey, Denis Waitly, and John C. Maxwell. She has gone from Scouting to Professional Mom, Business Owner, and a critical member of the Earth Wind Fire Water Training and Development organization. With her Master’s Degree in Accounting she is able to look at the big picture of people and companies finances.

Mark’s career has been centered around teaching leadership, self-reliance, and teamwork. His journey began in the Boy Scouts of America and continued in his services in the United States Navy. Upon exiting military service he transitioned to Human Resources, again with a strong focus on training, development, and leadership. He then progressed to higher education where he taught undergraduate and Master’s courses such as Management, Leadership, and Human Resources with a strong emphasis on Entrepreneurship. Mark currently coaches other business owners and
conducts regular training focused on safety.
